:: HOW TO HELP ::

Tape Aids for the Blind is a self-funding Non Profit organisation, which receives no State subsidy. 

Tape Aids is registered in terms of the Non-profit Organisations Act - the object of which is to regulate and maintain standards of governance, transparency and public accountability in the non-profit sector.

Our services are made possible by contributions received from individuals and the corporate sector.

In addition Tape Aids is a registered Public Benefit Organisation. All donations made to the Organisation are tax deductible in terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act.

 

Ways to help

  • By encouraging friends and family who are struggling to read standard print to join our free library service.

  • Volunteering at your nearest branch of Tape Aids for the Blind.

Thank you for your interest in supporting Tape Aids for the Blind, the nation's free library service for blind and print-handicapped people. Last year Tape Aids for the blind provided 10 million free listening hours.
